So far so good. Getting blood tests shows that the majority of my metrics are in range though Sodium is low which shocked me a bit. I am taking your advise of using Potassium Chloride instead of salt which help me lose weight since salt helps retain water. My skin is overall better since Multivitamin of yours have Hyaluronic Acid and TMG. However I am overdosing in Glycine due to watching youtuber Siim Land.
My husband and I are very consistent with the vitamins. We seem to avoid sickness most of the time, even after exposure. Our only complaint is needing to take 5 capsules, it's a lot to get down! Otherwise, we feel great and protected, thank you.

I have found that this has brightened the start of my day in ways I didn’t anticipate. I feel satiated and enjoy the pleasant taste of my 12oz. glass of water with supplement. It’s a great way to begin hydrating. Also, it’s so easy to get the necessary nutrients, and minerals that I need. I do take some prescriptions and I can wash them down with your balanced supplements. The dosages of each ingredient are also adjusted based on evolving evidence. No absurd mega-dosing! The QA is also thorough.

Actually an equally brilliant and modest concept - a supplement that works as just that, a supplement to your food, not some crazy mega dosing hazard.
Very happy so far. On hearing Brads advice regarding the efficacy of NMN we moved away from taking a longevity multi nutrient called agemate and have replaced with micro vitamin. Most notable change was an improvement in sleep the very first week of using it.

Microvitamin has simplified my supplement routine immensely. I used to take so many different pills every morning, and quite often I was getting more than I needed of a particular nutrient. Now, all I need to think about is microvitamin, NAC (As I am over the age of 45), and resistant starch. I highly recommend Microvitamin!

I really appreciate a supplement that is not loaded with excess amounts in each vitamin/mineral that far exceed the RDA for the various vitamins and minerals. I have done a lot of research on supplements and it is very difficult to find any without exorbitant vitamin amounts. I have also found that I am very sensitive to a lot of "quality" supplements that cause my skin to itch and burn but I don't know why. So far MicroVitamin has been fine with me.

I have been using micro vitamins for several months now. I mix these five pills into water or milk and usually add olive oil.I have noticed an increasing energy and sleeping better since taking these. I also hike a lot and have been getting less cramps since using these.
