Following an extensive research for a good quality multivitamin with functional dosages. I came across Dr Brad Stanfields microvitamin, and decided to give it a go.

Before discovering Microvitamin, I had been doing much the same thing buying specific supplements separately. Getting older, I know I need to supplement magnesium, but was also taking Vit D + K2, Zinc and Iodine via separate sources. It was becoming a kerfuffle, juggling multiple bottles and costs adding up. Microvitamin has all of the above + more + trace amounts of other elements that I might not have been getting fully through diet. The other challenges buying everything via separate sources is not always understanding the quality of the products and not necessarily getting the correct dosage. With Microvitamin, those aspects are being left with the expert and it is definitely more cost effective overall. I can also feel a bit of a pick up when I take it.
I purchased this product since it had all the supplements I was taking available in a single package. My primary concern was how well it would dissolve in water since it contains collagen. I had been taking the Vital proteins collagen dissolved in hot tea. But I was pleasantly surprised by how well this dissolves in room temperature water. I have only used it for few weeks but I do notice some difference. I have more energy and don't feel too tired at the end of the day. Will keep using it and hopefully Dr. Brad adds to the product as new scientific evidence comes through.

Minimizes my supplement stack and pill burden significantly! Consistency and smell are good. It dissolves well in water. It's a bit too sweet for me, even when combined with neutral-flavoured, unsweetened protein powder. Hope a future iteration will reduce the amount of stevia.
Most multi-vitamins have you overdosing pretty significantly on a lot of vitamins and minerals. I love MicroVitamin because it's exactly the opposite. It's just enough of what you need and no excess anything. Dr. Stanfield is also always improving the formulation. But only adding things that are clinically proven to be effective to the overall picture. MicroVitamin in combination with a good diet is a no brainer. No stomach upset and no fluorescent yellow urine. I love it!
