I have been using Microvitamin for nearly 9 months now in addition to Dr. Stanfield's recommended intake of Psyllium Husk, Omega 3's and Creatine. It soon turned out to be a game changer for me when it comes to consistent energy levels and cognitive performance throughout my often challenging workdays. I am currently on a subscription of v.7 and will soon switch to MicroVitamin+ Powder as it includes both Psyllium Husk, Creatine and some additional promising ingredients.

I appreciate Dr Brad's relatively conservative approach to microvitamin, combined with its continual refinement informed by the latest research. Probably the best thing about it is that it avoids mega-dosing and oversupplementation. Now rather than taking a dozen pills daily I just mix the powder in glass of water and then take one capsule for omega 3 and thats it. Also I don't like taking pills so to have microvitamin+ as a powder is nice.
I am 77 years old and have been taking Microvitamin for about 9 months.
I start my day no later than 5am when I have two cups of coffee and a cup of cocoa and I take my Blood p123/61 and at 08.54 108/64 . I regularly walk 5km a day, do 2 /3000m efforts on a rowing machine and try for an hour a day in the in the garden. I feel great!!! I am surprised that I can still give blood every 3 months which is a sign that I still going strong !!!!

I had tried a different magnesium supplement before but it made me have cramps in my sleep. This form works much better for me. I like the relaxing feeling of glycine and the sane dose of melatonin as well. Tried not taking it last week and I can fell a huge difference who’s easy I can fall and stay asleep.
MicroVitamin gives me all the vitamins and minerals I need (and, importantly, none of those I don't) PLUS creatine PLUS bovine colostrum PLUS fiber. As a result, it's super-convenient and easy on my wallet.
As an older women past menopause, my sleep is just not as good as it always was in the past. I've had trouble staying asleep and falling asleep after waking up at all hours. However, I tested using this Sleep formula against my usual .5mg melatonin and the Sleep formula works much better. ( compared ten days on each separately). I definitely fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and if I do wake up at 2am, I am able to fall back asleep quickly. Definitely recommend this Sleep formula.
What I liked best about Dr Brad's Microvitamin is that it was developed on well researched and current data. He also is flexable to changing his formula as newer supplement studies become available. The supplement dosing is based on a well rounded view of address optimal performance needs for active people without megadosing.

I like how this supplement is a supplement to a healthy diet, and doesn't overload the body with high doses of vitamins and minerals. Ingredients are well researched

Combines so many supplements I was taking into one, really cuts down on the bloated feeling after taking so many pills.
I have found this multi more digestible, and stomach more tolerant with less doses...
I really enjoy Microvitamin +. I like what’s in it, I like that I don’t have to take multiple things, and I like the berry flavor. I mix it into plain yogurt which works well.
If I may though, I’d like to comment on my experience with the Sleep supplement. That has not worked well for me. I’m 72 and staying asleep at night is a challenge. For a decade now I’ve taken 0.5mg melatonin 2 hours before bed. This helps, but it isn’t perfect. Thus, I tried your new Sleep pills to see if that works better with the magnesium, etc. I track my HRV using a Garmin watch and when I’ve tried the new supplement my HRV has dropped by several points every time. I’ve tried at least ten times, always with this response. I don’t understand it. But I’ve returned to my old method of taking just 0.5mg melatonin and I’m back to my normal. Do you have any thoughts about in this ?

I feel that Microvitamin has improved my health. I find that methylatyed B12 and Folic Acid are absorbed better as identified by my Homocysteine levels. Microvitamin has saved me money on the purchase of Supplements. The only additional supplements I take now are Omega 3 and Curcumin. Thank you Brad
As a menopausal woman plagued with bouts of insomnia and frequent wakenings, I've been pleasantly surprised at how well this is working for me. I have long taken magnesium glycinate each evening, but this formulation seems to be making all the difference in how quickly I fall asleep and stay asleep.
I ordered this for my husband of thirty years. It worked great, but after a couple of days, he started getting a rash. He's never had a rash in the thirty years we've been together. Rash on lower legs, then stomach. So, we stopped SLEEP and it went away. It seems some individuals can get a rash from Magnesium Glycinate. So, it works as intended and very well, but some individuals may experience a rash.
I like that it is a supplement which uses the most bioavailable nutrients. I like watching Dr. Brad Stanfield on YouTube. He makes proper nutrition make sense. My 91 year old dad, my 89 year old mom, and my wife and I take MicroVitamin daily. We are very healthy.
