1. Why did you buy MicroVitamin?
After becoming interested in optimizing my lifestyle for ideal health and maximum healthspan, I was quickly overwhelmed by the huge amount of very conflicting advice you can find online. Being a scientist myself (PhD in Physics with specialization in Biophysics & statistical analysis), I quickly realized that most online sources seemed to pick out research that supported their narrative, while neglecting conflicting studies and without any regard for the weight of a study (i.e. human clinical trial vs. single-cell study).

I then found Dr. Brad Stanfield, who is much more conservative and very critical in his analysis of scientific evidence and therefore gave much better advice. This is also why I agree with the formulation with MicroVitamin, which is not true for pretty much any other supplement. Competitor usually contain by far too high doses, or unwanted additions like Vitamins A & E.

2. What has been your experience so far?

Great - the pills are super easy to use and I have not seen any unwanted side-effects.

3. What benefits have you noticed?
I am in the process of many lifestyle changes, but proper supplementation of my very healthy Mediterranean-Style, but vegan diet is a major point. I have noticed improvements in exercise performance, general well-being and sleep, which is awesome. I believe this is at least partly attributed to the supplements (Microvitamin, Psyllium Husk, Creatine, Protein, Omega-3)

4. Would you recommend MicroVitamin to your friends and family?
I have absolutely done that and my wife has started using it, too.

As I try to keep a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and attempt to get enough sleep, I can't make any outlandish claims that I suddenly feel so much healthier or more energetic since taking MicroVitamin. However, I've liked that I can take out a few extra bottles from my supplement rotation, and I definitely am reassured by the fact that the formula is constantly being updated and tweaked based on new information and research. A big thank you to Dr Brad for his efforts!

It's great that many ingredients are included in one capsule. Plus I know that the ingredients are pure and of high quality because of the testing certificates provided

I bought MicroVitamin because I was looking for a high-quality multivitamin to supplement my diet. I like the idea of low doses. I think I eat very well though and I’m not sure if I need everything or whether I may still be getting too much of some elements here. I can’t say I feel any better but I wasn’t feeling too bad before. Hope that helps!

You have provided an education on the scientific method applied to my health care. So, will the vitamins change as you learn more?

It has to be said the product and customer service is impressive. I look forward to the new European shipping centre coming into the fold soon.

My review is based on my last order. My current order hasn’t arrived. I trust Dr Brad and I believe the tablets are the best on the market. Hopefully the planned changes to manufacturing will address the issues with delay.

Glad to leave a 5 Star rating for Dr. Stanfield. Just ordered a six bottle subscription.

I can get them down, but they stick sometimes. I'd rather take more, smaller ones if possible. But I will get used to it. I love your channel.

I am 65.
I have used the NZ product from Xtend Life for a couple of years. At the moment I am running down other vitamin supplies.
I bought yours not knowing lead time to inland Australia and have had it on hand for a while.
I will start asap after exhaustion but not expecting anything to report unless I feel the need to take more of something.
For now I gave it neutral review until i know better.
